Hello, I have a stock Angel 2005 speed with new upgrades except the board is flashed at version 7. I was curious what the dwell should be at because i was chopping when i went out to shoot it, please let me know. If you could pm me that would be great.

Depends on your LPR and HPR settiings. Make sure the ram is properly set and the LPR pressure is within spec (45-70) and it shouldn't matter all that much what dwell you use.

I would set it to 12-14 and see if you can drop it anymore with the marker fully cycling and achieving velocity. Where you chopping or barrel breaks?

I don't remember what my 5peed was set at, something like 190-200 psi hpr with 9 or 10 ms dwell, it shot amazing.

Do your eyes work?

Are yours working. Do you have the bip set enough so the ball fully sits in time. Are the detents in good shape? Is your soft face bolt in good condition?
