BLAST response time... and another question.

I emailed BLAST about a week ago about getting a replacement bolt head because the pillow fell off my pillow bolt, and I was just wondering when I would be getting a reply. I emailed them at techsupport@boblongdirect.com- is there a new email possibly? Because I emailed them a long time ago once there and got a pretty fast response. Thanks.

Also, balls wont feed into my breach because of what appears to be the bolt sticking out to far, so its blocking the opening from the feedneck. Do i just unscrew the screw on the backcap? Thats what someone told me, but it hasnt done anything.

^^^ QFT call blast they dont respond to e-mails anymore. they should send you a new pillow. and to fix the bolt problem, just loosen the bolt adjustment screw in the back

to fix the bolt being too far up problem, all you need to do is screw the back of the bolt (the part that connects to the QD ram) into the bolt

I think he might be referring to the little screw in the back cap that you can adjust the bolt with, but I don't think that would have anythign to do with the pillow anyway.

Yeah call BLAST, I emailed them probably a month ago about getting my board flashed and still haven't heard from them, after 2 weeks of waiting I called them and got the info I needed in 2 seconds.

Is it possible you have it saved in your old emails?

Also, i think the screw may be stripped to adjust the bolt .
