Im starting a team and were all relatively young and cant get jobs just yet so anyone think it would be wise to enter any local tourneys if we want to place well?

yeah deffinatly. even if you dont place well, its still worth it. u get to meet new ballers, and get a feel for it. treat your first few tournaments as drills.

We used friends to get more poeple on the team.
Recruit one person and they brign 3 friends along. Start with a core group, get tight with each other and slowly start bringing outside friends in.
We recruit on personality. We can help teach you how to ball, not we cant teach you to not be a dick.
