If not who's up for starting one? I'm going back there in the fall and i need something to keep me coming back day after day.

Is getting a team started ridiculously retardedly hard to do at the college level?

All you have to do to play in the NCPA is have 5 full-time students from the same university, sign up and pay on APPA, then go play. Easy as can be.

If you want money from the school, that my friend, is the hard part.
