Pahrump will be holding its 4th annual Noobie tournament on Sunday - July 20.

3 man teams. Open to Noobie only. ( see qualification rules below)

$100 entry per team. Field paint ony - $30 - 45. / case

prizes based on # of teams entry fees paid.
30% of entry fees paid will be paid out in cash for 1st place
20% of entry fees paid will be paid out in cash for 2nd place
10% of entry fees paid will be paid out in cash for 3rd place.
( 10 teams = $1,000 in fees = $300 paid to 1st/$200 to 2nd/ $100 to 3rd)

NOOBIE:
any player who wishes to play :
1. may not have played in more than 1 XPSL / NPPL / BEARS CUP / SPYDER or any other pro tournament EVER.
2. may not have played with any team that has played in any local tournaments where that team placed higher than 5th place.
3. if the ultimate deems any player to not be qualifeid as a noobie - that player shall not be admitted.

if in doubt - please check with the ultimate ref - his decisions are final.
any team entering with a non eligible player will not be able to play with that player and may not substitue after games have started.

final day for entry is Wednesday July 16 - 5pm. there will be no entries at the field.

How will you know if a team qualifies as "noob" or not, because me and my friends are definitely going, however, I don't wish to get whooped by people who played plenty tourney's and just lied on registration.

I would say that according to what you stated above - you would qualify as a noob.

no - this tourney will use only air fields

yes - we have major lighting now - football field style - still working on the wiring for it all.

yes - all the staging, set up, spectator areas are now misted.

we have tried to hold scenario games / tournamenbts - great games - few players. scenario games need lots of players. entry was only $35 - so unless we hear from more that are willing to do it - why bother.

tourney will be like all of our othewrs - we open at 6am - ( we do everyday now)
captains meeting at 8 am - games at 9am.

the reason for the "contract" above is to make sure their is no misconception of what the prizes are.
