truthfully that didnt answer my question, lol i saw all 303 photos, was actaully checking when he was uploading, im just saying there was some good moves made in the finals on our team and i wondered if he caught any images, i figured he'd take pics of the finals, but maybe not. that was my question. i saw some of our team. i didnt know if there were guna be more cuz my buddys took 1st one event and had like 100000 pics lol we got like 8-10. so i was just wondering.

Perhaps there's some confusion here about what it was I did at this event lol.

Marcus0069, I am a shutter-per-hire. A few teams will book me for an event before hand and then I do my best to make it to every one of their games. I'm not sure what 303 photos you're referring to, as I posted about 65 on my site. As long as my teams are out there playing, I am shooting. The finals round I was tempted to stick around for and shoot a few of non-booked teams, but the heat was getting to me and I wanted to get on the road as I had a 5 hour drive back thanks to the I-75 detour *grrrr*

Also, a lot of people emailed me asking if I was there on Saturday. I was 2k miles away on Saturday lol.

DVDs of team photos were burned and mailed to the addresses I had on file.

As an aside, this was the first tournament I've covered where the first round of games only had 6 matches to be played. Out of curiousity, do you guys have tournaments which feature 8 games? Or does it depend on how large the event is?

it is always 6 prelim games and then it depends on how many teams there are.... the finals and stuff will be decided.

after your 6 pre lims if you get to semi s your guaranteed 3 more games if you get to finals your guaranteed 3 more games after semi s

Haha I find the best pics are the ones which feature subtle mistakes. For paintball there's a lot of potential and the one time that I did play, I figured out how easy it was to do 'em lol.

...But this is why I love shooting this sport! The attention to detail is so demanding! Most people outside of the game who see paintball photos usually go "meh", but the players can pick a pose to death! In most any other sport the 'mistakes' are slightly more... obvious...

lol I overheard you guys in the morning trying to sell that marker and laughed when you guys actually found cardboard. I did a shot similar to this before and it actually sold the marker after someone browsing the gallery spotted it hahaha
