It really sounds like you caused the problem. I'm not saying his response was correct, but do not insult other users. There is no need for it.

You also need to stop accumulating infractions. You are in danger of losing your account. You seem like a good user that knows their stuff, but that doesn't mean it is ok to go around insulting other people.
