I think it could just be the sophomore slump
nexus did great their rookie year (being essentially a new team) but the second year is always rocky. The importance is that the team can stay together, cause the real defining season is season 3, next year
(not saying that you shouldn't try though :p)

Hey Jeff,

I hope you sort it out buddy, I know you have put so much into the team over the last year or so.

I’d like to say it’s the young kids and they just need time, but I know you picked up some new/old guys who have been around the top Millennium leagues for some time and you would think they should be producing for you by now.

I always look to see how you guys are doing from over the pond. ;-) Good luck for the next one.

It's like everything else. When it is going well life is easy but when your chips are down you have to fight hard to get back up. Fight we must and I am ordering a giant "Stick of Persuasion" to take to practice.

I was seriously considering asking Bowen to come back!
