was boards do not come with the tournament lock on, you must manually turn it on...
if you are having problems with entering settings on your legend, let us know exactly what is going on, before resorting to anything else. many people think that the tournament lock is on, when they cannot enter any menu options.

when trying to adjust any of the menu options, and you dont hold down the trigger long enough, instead of allowing you to adjust the option, the board just goes to the next option.
example:
when trying to adjust the dwell, everytime you hold down the trigger to adjust the setting, the board just goes to debounce
although i have never set the tournament lock, i think if it is on it wont even allow you to enter the menu at all, not 'allow you into the programming menu, but prevent you from changing the settings'...
on legends that have been brought to me at tournaments from people who think they have their tournament lock on, it was always just a case of not holding the trigger down long enough when trying to adjust settings

right.
if you hold it down long enough, it should start flashing to indicate the value of whatever mode you are trying to adjust. then adjust accordingly

To put the LEGEND into tournament lock mode
1. Turn the LEGEND off.
2. Remove the left grip panel and circuit board.
3. On the back of the circuit board there a five pins, starting with one at the top and five on the bottom.
4. Use a small piece of wire and short pins 2 to 5.
5. While holding the wire on pins 2 and 5, turn the power on. The LED will light up green,
orange, red in that sequence.
6. Let it run through the sequence a few times and turn the power off.
7. Now you MUST remove the battery and wait a 5 seconds.
8. Replace the battery, circuit board and grip panel.
9. When you turn the LEGEND back on the LED should blink slowly red, instead of green.
this is straight out of the manual, and im assuming you perform the same process to turn the lock off.
