Grillz or Pro-Flex??
I was thinkin about getting 1 of these to masks, but i didnt know which 1. The pro-flex's r a lot cheaper but i dont know if the grillz would be better for about $30 more. Can somebody please help me with this problem?

well flexs can get way way way more expensive if you plan on customizing it, but the grillz are very good and look BAMF. although my heart is with the proflex

Ive heard nothing but good news about grillz, hhowerver I have neevr used them But, I have used nothing but proflexs for 5 years now. They are the lightest mask, have plenty of ventalation, look cool and can be changed around to fit the way you wnt to look. Hell, I still have my original one. The only problem I have ever had is that every once in a while, lenses have to be replaced because the inside one can crack. In the 5 years I have had to replace.... i think 3 lenses?

I've owned both Proflex's and Grillz. Both are excellent masks. The grills has its signature quick change lens system which works awesome. Proflex's are super light and have great ventilation. The Grillz have a more aggressive look compared to the Proflex's
I has the two at the same time, and am selling my Grillz right now, as I like my Proflex's alot better.
Its all personal preference, go try them out and see which you like better.

Well being that I owned both.
Bounce- flex on the bottom, grill the whole mask can get bounces, except the very small bit of hardness. The flex just the bottom and soft ears. but still bounces on both
ventilation- Flex is better, grill isn't bad though, doesn't bother me anyway.
Looks- IMO it depends on what the flex looks like, but a grill with a mirror lens is ill. This ones all opinion.
Protection- I'm going more with the grill here. The only reason is bullet proof lens, and that you won't get smacked in the chin like you can with a flex if you get hit in the bottom. Also the soft ears might be a little more painful to take a shot in than a grill. Still both masks protect.
Lens- Grill seems to lose it's anti-fog coating, but the thermal lens on flexes pretty much NEVER fog. However, my grill has yet to fog on me. But I don't think my flex ever did, at least when it wasnt cold or moist or anything.
Cleaning- Grill is a lot quicker and easier mostly due to quick remove lens and strap.
All in all each is a great great mask. HOWEVER I love my grill dearly. But either or you SHOULD be happy.

I feel the exact same way on the issue. I have also owned my grill since october and use it almost every weekend and I have never had any problems with fogging AT ALL. As long as you treat your lenses properly I dont think there is a problem imo. I love both masks and atm I'm wearing my grill, but either mask should make you happy.

i own both and honestly i like my grill (no Z) better than my flex. Flexes look great, and feel great too, but the lenses can be hard to take out if you dont know what your doing. And with the grill, you can take apart the foam and wash your mask down completely after getting hit.

both are comfy, don't fog, and are lightweight. i think the grill offers better protection and smaller profile, but the flex has prolly the best breathing out there. Just get both.

^ bouncier in the flexy part yes, but overall theres more area to get bounce on a grill IMO. lighter, yes, but not that noticeable, a grill is tighter to the face. More customizable, yes as far as stock parts, but you can customize any mask to any extent you'd like, with a can of spray paint or markers =P.
