What: DRIVEN D2 and D3 Xball Tryouts
When: Sunday May 25, 2008
Where: TC Paintball, Grand Rapids Michigan

Look for the soccer zone, the field will be set on the far side of the building in the parking lot.. the Soccer Zone is behind meijer.

Cost is still tentative, but it should be right around $60. There are a handful of spots on the D2 team and the D3 roster is pretty much wide open, so there's plenty of spots available. We were planning on being an eclipse team, but we've negotiated and feel it would be easier on everyone if we go without gun and gear sponsorships. There will be some sort of paint deal for events, though.

Both the D2 and D3 team will play chicago and NEO, and possibly cup depending on performance. D3 xball or above experience desired, but raw talent and fitting with the team are most important There will be 2 mandatory practices a month in Grand Rapids, MI, and 1 mandatory traveling practice a month elsewhere (Badlandz, proving grounds, detroit, etc. Somewhere in the MW)

The tryouts will consist of drills that allow us to evaluate your speed, gunfighting, moving, and run and gunning skills. However, scrimmages will be the main concentration of the tryout, where we'll be looking for in-game and team skills.

Tryouts will run from 12PM til whenever people run out of paint, probably around 3 or 4. I recommend you get there early enough to be ready to play at noon.
