XTC not being there has nothing to do with not having enough players. However, our reasons for not playing do not need to be listed on this or any other forum. So good luck to all, It will be much easier for you without us there .

Thanks for the favor.

I saw you guys joined with Rupture, you should put a team in. However, I can guess a bit on why you might not be there.

I have to admit that I'll be interested to see how the reffing in this series goes. Especially since the teams reffing are also playing in the series. Either the reffing will be totally straight up or very problematic. However, I have faith in Archie and Dan.

I thought that Bad Medicine Red took first. It was an awesome event.

Yep, I am trying to give my extra paint away. Drax from crusade red had a hopper and marker filled with a soupy mess. The paint was oozing from every hole in that Proto.

Fixed (I played on black). The event was great and not so great. The field and organization was excellent. The reffing was decent but I'm always concerned about hometown reffs. The head ref was great. The Ramp paint was good, the rest sucked. We all bought Ramp because of the same problems with the Premium last year. The biggest problem was the amount of paint. I think everyone planned on 7-10 prelim games and 4-6 for finals and bought pain accordingly. We all played 16 prelim games and 20 with the finals. I shot so much paint which was already a little on the spendy side for a mid grade tournament paint.

If the reffing stays at least the same and the prices drop a bit I think the series will be fantastic. Still, I was overall very impressed with what Dan and Archie have done.

My review is up on IdahoPaintball.

The rookie field was very busy. However, I think that they wanted to wncourage movement in the truly rookie players. Otherwise they just pick a bunker and hide the rest of the game. Rookie games take forever.

The open class field was fine. There were good lanes, good secondary bunkers and plenty of blind shots if you were looking for them. The only complaint I had was that the snake was too short.

The snake was very short. The Bad Medicine teams were on fire at the tourney. The only games we(Crusade Black) lost were against you guys and our guys of course. Also, we lost our final game when I almost pulled off a 3 vs. 1 against Phoenix. I think they called the last hit a mutual. I don't think any refs were watching when we shot echother.

So far only 3 open teams are registered for the tournament next weekend. If you are thinking of it then get set up.
