i need huge help without my etek!!!

i just got an etek ego and i cant seem to figure out how to uncap it,its cappede at 15 bps with the eyes off.
people tell me that mode 1 is uncapped semi,but it still wont let me shoot past 15 BPS!!!
so can someone please help me out and tell me how to uncap it,or how to cap semi at atleast 20 bps??
i dont have the manuel so dont tell me to look in there,i got the gun used,with just the gun and the barrel

so help!!!!

The Etek is always capped at 15 with the eyes off. Just turn your eyes on (for semi 1) and you have an uncapped rate of fire.

yea ive tried that,didnt work....ill just walk you through wut i do 2 change the modes.and correct me if im wrong on this

i hold the trigger and the power button

than the led is lit up on the g

so i hold the trigger untill its lit up on the e

i click the power button once so its the g

than i click the trigger so its on mode 1"uncapped semi with eyes on"

now tell me am i doing anything wrong here?

from all the etek pics i have seen on here mancos has the nicest. I don't kno wat he ( wolfman767 ) has on his etek, but mancos has the anno job, star frame, zick, cure, reg, ccu kit, asa, and clear macro it's the nicest and cleanest looking etek i have seen. i'm not turning this into a VS thread i was just saying if ur gunna talk big have something to back it up.

my eyes work
my hopper is faster than my gun
i can shoot faster than 15 bps

when the eyes are on its capped at like 12 bps
with eyes off like 15 bps

Just goldwave yourself shooting and you will know how fast you are shooting. Youare shooting "like" 12 bps doesn't mean much. That is if your field does not have a big red chrony that tells bps. When I started I was sure I had a 12 bps mech cocker. I goldwaved at 10. 'nuff said.

i recommend you to reset the board. Possibly the previous owner of the marker changed the ball detection time and the dwell settings. Adjust the trigger set up the way you like it , fresh battery and test the marker again. Test the marker with a different hopper too

open up ur grips, put the gun into program mode by holding the trigger and turning the gun on. inside the frame on the left of the board there will be a red button hold that down until all ur LED's flash blue. then turn off ur gun and u reset the board.

I thought a stock etek board i just capped at 15bps. Can't up it unless u upgrade.

well than like probert said than just restart the board to factory settings. if that doesnt work than..... my only other guess would be that ur fingers arnt shooting up to 15bps. (but i'm sure thats not the case)

wrong, its only capped in ramp modes, & with the eyes off(for obvious reasons)
Semi1 is uncapped, its as fast as you can load & pull the trigger.

Make sure the battery is good.
What kind of loader are you using?
Are the eyes installed properly or dirty?

I've seen some virtue boards eye logic get messed up & only shoot 12 with the eyes on. But it was specific to their software. It shouldn't really happen with the stock board.
