I knew it was sometime when I was in high school because I saw Jerry Cantrell in concert (opened up for someone....I can't remember who....too many concerts back in those days).

Philip Anselmo from PanterA died from a heroin OD but thakfully they were able to revive him because down has one of the best shows ive ever seen.
