Don't touch the dwell, just lower your ROF til it's at 13.

In all honesty, I don't know if it is going to show results immediately or something that is going to be shown over the course of the season. I do know that if you were to use an equation with the same exact variables, and the use 13 bps against the 15 bps there really wouldn't be any possible way for them to equal each other.
Who knows, its definitely not an issue I am going to be heart broken about.

Our longest match out of 16 games was no more than 1:30, we cleared the field in one game in 26 seconds, we made it to the semi's

The entire industry is reducing the ROF cap, there is a rumor that the NPPL is going to be capping at 12.5-12.7bps soon.
15bps is not allowed in the PSP, they have reduced their ROF to 13.3~bps. What's the point of letting teams practice at 15bps only to travel to an event and have to reset their markers to a new ROF cap?
|
guess that cap for the NPPL was just a rumor. I would think they would have lowered it by now.
I agree IF your team plays psp tourneys then you should practice with their rules. But some local fields around use nppl rules. How can anyone practice their rules with a cap? I'd like to see most ALL the local fields go use NPPL rules. (no ramping at all semi-auto only uncapped.)

Then what are the PSP teams going to do? I have an idea. on NPPL fields, uncapped semi, on PSP fields 13.3 ramping

I think badlandz has a few fields that could be split up. Nppl is usually just airball and Psp is usually X-ball anyways, right?

every time i go there, i get overshot at like 17bps, so they are either stupid or dont care to enforce it. I've had to go to the hospital a few times due to overshooting at over 315fps. Fields really have to crack down on the ROF and FPS now. Little kids go out there on kids days and may go into open/walk on play later in the day, and get hurt because some bunk *** ***** wants to shoot 20bps at them.
I hope this is enforced.
