Hey everyone, I'm going to be a freshman at American University in DC next year, and I'm wondering if there are any easily accessible paintball fields around there (metro/bus/train etc), since I won't have a car. I'd love to be able to play during college.

No field is inside DC. You would have to travel atleast 1 hour.

well yeah, I figured that. I meant accessible from DC. something that can be accessed without a car. 1 hour is fine as long as I can do it without a car.

Nope..most fields in VA or MD are in remote areas.

Look into taking the Metro to Greenbelt then the possibility of a marc or bus getting you closer to Bowie for OA.

I probably just won't play for the first year of college, and wait until I get a car / make friends with people who play and have a car.

yeah, unless you have a car...you're out of luck. i'm sure there has to be someone at AU that plays.
