Modified PSP rules
Ramping capped at 15 bps
No metal spikes
Cussing to a minimum
No arguing w/ refs or will be pentalized
Head refs decision is FINAL
Safty First
280 FPS crono limit
No Dead Mans Walk
No Coaching
Start- Silent 10 sec
Out of Bounds-obstruction of netting
Overshooting- 5 allowed per player left if stationary
Layering-2 layers maximum
Wiping- 3 for 1 penalty will be assessed
Playing on-1 for 1
False Starts- must tag up
Rules will be gone over at tournament as well
