They're really progressive, but I find they can be quite boring; moreso than most progressive bands. If you're looking for some prog metal:

Opeth (they can be quite boring as well IMO)
Symphony X
Ayreon (Really strange metal opera)
Gojira
Amorphis

You really can't find 2 progressive metal bands that sound the same, because progressive metal can take on so many different sounds. It's a broad genre that allows for a lot of experimentation, so you'll find some prog metal you love and other stuff you just can't stand, even though they're in the same genre.

they're fun as hell, but that wasn't a very flattering video

their music makes a lot more sense with a drummer

probably a better video for people who haven't ever listened to them:
