Just picked this up, played it at the store and it sounded awesome.

Got home, put in a fresh battery, jammed awhile, turned on the pedal, nothing. I can play my guitar through it but none of the "wah wah" effects on it are working. I have everything plugged in right and I've tried 3 new batteries. My old pedal still works fine, but not this one.

Anyone know what could be wrong?

try messing with the Q knob, if you have it at a low enough setting the effect is very subtle.
