And I don't really know how good of taste it is for Bush to be joking about Scooter Libby, but I guess at this point it really doesn't matter.

Honestly, Bush and Obama both seem like entertaining people to get drunk with, Bush moreso, but only by a bit.

I thought it was funny at first and then I had the grim realization that he is essentially mocking what thousands of people have died over.
