Look at the PM5 in sig+the halo b. I can do $240 shipped for both. Might be able to add a 45/4500 Crossfire tank with ~1 year left in hydro for $100 more.
I'm semi-local too. I'm from Rhode Island, and can meet at Fox 4 Paintball in Upton Mass, or anywhere in that area.
