I've been looking at the new 08 Invert pants, and i like them, but i also love the look of 06 Proto pants. I can get the 06's for about 35, and the Inverts for 80, Which one would be more worth it? If not the 06 Protos, then the 08 Protos.

I have been sponsored by Dye/Proto in the past and even though they made good product I would say go with the Invert. I have the new contact pants and they are amazing. vVery vented and plunty of padding and seeing as Empire and Invert and all the same group I would beleive that they would be just as nice. I found that the Dye/Proto pants are very heavy and not as well vented.

I'm also looking for new pants. Looking into Invert,Proto,Eclipse. I'm leaning more towards to the Eclipse or Proto.

whoever said proto's are heavy is lying. the o7 proto's were one of the lightest i've ever worn, and the 08 proto's are amazing. proto is the way to go. they have plenty of venting on the inside of the leg, regardless of if there's a breeze, you feel cool air. go with proto, better construction than inverts. priced less than eclipse.

Pricing between proto and eclipse would be a big factor, but I really do like the pattern on the eclipse. If I can get the eclipse for less, I'll go with them. If not proto is the way for me.

Eclipse are the best ever but they cost hella more than any out there but u pay for what u get
