NXe Becomes CFOA Gold Sponsor
Paintball’s premier pack and soft-goods manufacturer increases its support of the world’s largest five-man tournament series!
Lexington, North Carolina
March, 2008: NXe, manufacturers of the world’s best packs and an extensive line of gear bags, luggage, other soft goods and the JRNY hopper have drastically increased their support of the CFOA for the 2008 season, stepping up to the Gold sponsorship level. Now in their third year of support of the CFOA, NXe products have become favorites among league players from the beginner five-man level all the way to divisional XBall play thanks to their superior design, construction and performance. While precise terms of the agreement between the CFOA and NXe were not disclosed, NXe’s generous support of the CFOA helped make the league’s conversion from prizes to a cash-based award system possible.
“We’re thrilled to have NXe back for another season with the CFOA, and deeply honored that the company believes enough in the league to invest in us at the Gold level,” said CFOA Director of Marketing and Sponsorship Josh Silverman, who continued “Without the support of companies like NXe, our conversion to a cash prize system for our valued customers would have been impossible.”
Bursting onto the scene a few short years ago with a pack that turned the heads of even the most seasoned professional players, NXe has since become one of the most respected brands in paintball, supporting such famous teams as Dynasty, Joy Division, the Russian Legion, Avalanche, Aftershock and Rage. With a line that now includes everything from packs and gear bags to laptop bags, backpacks and tactical load-bearing vests, NXe produces an impressive array of products for every style of play in the game. NXe’s newest creation, the JRNY loader, debuted in late 2007 and will hit store shelves soon. More information on the extensive NXe product line may be found on their website, www.nxepaintball.com
, with NXe products available at the very best paintball retail stores worldwide.
The CFOA, now in its tenth year of operation, promotes the world’s largest five-man paintball tournaments, along with divisional XBall competitions across the southeastern United States. Averaging nearly 120 teams per event over a 13-tournament 2007 season, the CFOA rose to worldwide recognition thanks to a unique mix of southern hospitality and customer service. For 2008, the CFOA has converted to an all-cash prize system thanks entirely to the gracious support of loyal sponsors including NXe.
