Honestly if I was a rookie player I sure wouldn't want to play on anything less than what everyone else plays on. I have seen some fields put rookies on crap fields with pipes and ply wood. I say give the rookies the taste of what is to come. Let them play on the big boy field and have some room to run around and have some fun. That is what it is all about right?
Cry me a freaking river that they will be playing a regulation Xball field. I bet they will walk away with some great stories for months.
No one likes to play on a cramped field
Teams in the area will miss out on a great opportunity to get some great prizes if all the teams are willing to do is type behind a key board and not get out there and play.

Let's keep the flaming to a 0 level please. He was talking about the 3 man teams enjoying the x-ball layout. I've played a 3 man rookie event on an official x-ball layout and it was GREAT. There are many more opportunities for movement, and that makes the games more fun.
Edit: And that was the owner of Abbey's that said "the latest PSP setup."

Its great to think before you post. This tournament 3 man = rookies. Hence the references to the rookies.
No flaming here.... mercury tried to make a valid point and failed miserably

Our BRAND NEW PRO SERIES 08 X-BALL FIELD was delivered this week!!!
This Tournament will be the first time it will be played on.
I have been asked for a list of teams.

There is a limited number of teams that will be allowed in this event. It looks like we are getting close. But UNDERSTAND NO ONE IS IN UNTIL ENTRY IS PAID ( sorry guys in have been screwed hard in the past)

How ya doing playa's? Im trying to get some info on the pball scene down in miss. so here i am. I might be going out there for a 6week union thing and would love to play speed/woodsball while im out there. Im not to sure when exactly or where i'll be nestled but i was wondering if there are many fields out there. I mean are all the fields really spread out ie 2-3 hrs ride or what. Being from ct you could pretty much cross the state driving east-west in maybe 2-3 hrs and most fields for me are maybe an hr or so away. Any info would would be greatly appreciated and sorry for posting in your thread but this one seems to get the most hits. tnx again
