Typically this is not how you make a team. This information is so broad and frankly doesn't help us. It doesn't matter what gear you have, how long you've been playing or how old you are. Those things are not consistent.
If you are looking to play for a team at Route40, come out and show us what you have. If someone is interested, we'll let you know. If we aren't, keep coming out and practicing, that's how you'll get better. There is a lot of individual talent and a lot to be learned at route40.
