a lot of customers at san diego NPPL have had their boards exchanged with the reflashed WAS board with tadao programming. sorry, but i only had one copy of the settings and i was nowhere near a copy machine so i could not hand out copies of the settings. anyways, here ya go...

boot up sequence:
green-good battery
orange-low battery
red-dead battery

solid red-empty breech
solid green-ball in breech
blinking green-eye malfunction
blinking red-eyes off


push power button momentarily while on to turn eyes off

hold in trigger for 1/2 second to initiate a 'force shot' while eyes are on

i dont know the maximum/minimum ranges for each setting, but each range is similar to the ranges of an actual tadao board:

solid green-debounce
solid red-dwell
solid orange-bip delay

flashing green-amb
flashing red-fire mode
flashing orange-max rof

alternating green/red-abs
alternating orange/red-cycle percentage filter
alternating orange/green-ramp start

in order from first to last

semi unlimited rof
semi capped rof
psp/millenium ramping
psp burst
nxl

it's great to know that they take that extra minute to make sure you the customer (sponsored team member in my case)will get on the field with a well tuned and teched peice of machinery!!!!!

I dont see how the flashing to tadao is different than the stock board's settings, all the things that i thought would make a new board worth it arent on it??
Maybe someone could fill me in on more specific details.

The upgrades to the software are more related to how the eyes work and timing. It's not to add additional firing modes etc.

can anyone elaborate on that? or explain any particular problem it may fix? i was able to put my eye mode on 2 with the stock was software and my legend works great.

not saying it isnt better ... but im not sure what more they could seriously improve on

in my opinion the mrof eye mode on the WAS board is a little jacked up and more prone to misfire but the simpler ROF eye mode works as great as anything out there

This is what I heard from Tadao. While they were working on creating their boards for the Legend they also created a re-flash for the stock WAS board. There were a lot of problems at World Cup with paint breaking so they were re-flashing the boards and from what I understand it corrected the problem. There is a lot that the code can do to help the performance of the marker. I'm not saying that the stock board is bad, but the new TADAO Musashi 7 board is a considerable upgrade. I have also read posts that concur that the reflash is worthwhile.

stock WAS boards will "skip" in eye mode 3(monitors bolt) because WAS boards don't have bolt delay and will half cycle thinking the bolt in the ball. WAS boards also have some funky eye logic from what i have seen.
