I have been looking maybe I missed it, but I have an 04 Viking with an scm3 lpr and the other soda can mod, next to it. Can someone explain what is the function of the other soda can mod next to the scm 3, and what are the adjustments or turns they need to be from flush in or out?
what youre looking a next the the SCM3 is a volumizer. on an 03 it does pretty much nothing, though since the 04s are slightly shorter than the 03s it makes additional volume inn the right tube. reduces some kick, little more efficient...something like that.
i dont know any measurements for it though sorry.
also, if the two cans are the same length then you have a DC volumizer, and if the right can is longer than you have a aka mighty max on.
Stock PSI is 72. Once broken in some people will lower their LPR a bit (right in the range you are in, 65-70) and up their dwell a bit. Stock dwell is 10 for Humphreys (unless Tadao uses different measurements on their board, i dont know). Sounds like someone already tuned your Viking. Unless you have an RT valve, there isnt much other SCM tuning you could do. And youre getting awesome consistency numbers on the chrono. Whats your Effeciency like?
I use HP on my viking, but LP tanks work fine as well. Your preference I guess.
