i want to get into the sport but i'm having problems finding people to play with. there's no field nearby and i only know one person who plays paintball, so how do i bring some of my friends into the sport?

but the thing is what if they don't own a gun? no place close around here to rent (which is gay since the town population is like 60,000 with smaller towns around it). that's pretty much where i'm stuck

save up a bunch of money, start your own field, and rent them guns so you can play

I'd go buy two cheap gun setups and go play in a field somewhere with a bunch of friends.

Do some one v one games to introduce every to it and when they see how fun it is convince them to buy there own guns.

i live in a semi large city and i had the same type of problem at first, but now i go to the only field thats close to me to play so i solved that problem, but at first my friend (only guy i knew who played paintball) and i had an idea to start a paintball club and charge for an entry fee and field fee which would be used to build a small field near my friend's house, then we would have a monthly fee in order to maintain the field, buy paint, buy rental guns, etc. unfortunately this never worked out because the city decided to build a ****ing bike path right through where we were going to build this field, but maybe you and ur friend could pull it off
