***Quest Repair Center***
We at FEP want to let our loyal customers know of a small change to the structure of our organization. This upcoming season, we have made the commitment to devote 100% of our efforts to developing the newest, most advanced, and best performing product possible. Since we have so many exciting developments in the pipeline, we have decided to devote our entire staff (including all techs) to our R&D efforts.
As a result, we have decided to have Critical Paintball take over as the official service and repair center for FEP products. Critical Paintball’s NPPL team has used FEP Quests exclusively for the entirety of the 2007 season, and their staff has been extensively trained in the maintenance and service of all FEP products. Their experience with the Quest is unparalleled, and made it an easy decision to approach them to become the official FEP service center. So if you need any repairs or maintenance done to any FEP product, please contact Critical Paintball. They will also be keeping a stockpile of parts as well as their aftermarket upgrades for the Quest.
This arrangement between Critical Paintball and FEP will allow us to accelerate our efforts to bring new product to the marketplace. Keep a lookout for some revolutionary things to come from FEP in the upcoming season, you definitely won’t be disappointed.
Sincerely,
Chris Cole
President FEP
Please call Critical Paintball in advance for a RA# (Return Authorization Number) before shipping your gun to them.

No it's nothing like that. The FEP guys are tight with the Critical guys, and FEP only has an assembly line like facility, and it's really not set up to take in markers for repairs or do much other random stuff. Critical is just down the road, and so far are the only guys to come out with anything after market for the Quest.

Kila detents/eye covers
Grips - Stinger, Seoul
Eyes - Slick Paintball, Crankwalk
I'm surprised CP/NDZ/Hybrid didn't make anything. With the idea of the eyes lighting up on the stock grips, I'm sure they're could have been all sorts of crazy looking grips.
And the on/off buttons could have been made a little longer in different colors, just like for Proto's.
Bolt guides/snatch pins could have been made.

You beat me too it.
That is what it sounds like to me. The beginning of the end, or a new beginning? These kinds of things are never good.

This is not the end for them. I believe this move was made in order to facilitate more growth and product from FEP.
Its good to see that they would make a move like this to keep their current customers taken care.
Never good? How can growth and improved service not be good?
I doubt Critical was chosen on a spur of the moment thing.
good luck with the testing and don't keep us waitng too long......

This is FEP saying they have grown OUT of their tiny shop. I am sure with the introduction of the next gen their profits will soar, then they can try to hire more employees and snag a larger peice of realestate...Maybe by then Dave will have time to call.

Ya what Lu said. He's been to their shop, and it's really not set up to taking in repairs and stuff. It's more of an assembly line set up, and it's pretty small.

The Critical guys know these guns like they know the back of there hands, they can fix any gun as well. They are a great group of guys and always do what it takes to make the costumer happy, oh and they always answer there phone. I think this is a great move for FEP.

God I didn't even get 24 hours. I mean geeze the guy running the sticky must be really irresponsible with it.
and what ever happened to expanding the original shop, did they end up moving somewhere else instead that's small?
