But here's a question for you.... What do a call a former Democratic President, speaking at a Democrtic rally, as to what a Democrat's canidit plan of action about global warming is?

Sounds like a Democrat solution to global warming to me. What do you call it?

Bill/Hilary Clinton's solution to global warming, your title implies that it is the policy of the entire Democratic party rather than the Clinton's.
