Probably the way is to make a mechanical viking and excals... if that's possible. Then the trigger frame would be an upgrade, just like Eclipse EBlade to WGP Autocockers...

This could actually work. If the Viking could be re-worked to operate purely mechanically, AKA would be in the clear. And it's still unclear whether or not SP's patent applies to sear-trippers, so an aftermarket electro grip might also be legal.

There are some pretty big Ifs there, though.
