Hmm, Da Vinci Code by the same author is something I found very enjoyable.

Read The Traveler by John Hawks. Less historic conspiracy and more spy based, but a very good book nonetheless.

Tom Clancy has some of the greatest conspiracy novels out there. Red Rabbit, Rainbow Six, Clear and Present Danger, Cardinal in the Kremlin, all greats

If you like angels and demons try Dan Browns Digital Fortress or Deception Point.

Anyone into the CIA/FBI/USSS/Military type of books - I recommend:

Vince Flynn's "Mitch Rapp" series
Lee Child's "Jack Reacher" series
Joel C. Rosenberg's series
W.E.B. Griffin's "Presidential Agent" series

Has anyone ever read Scar Tissue? Its the autobiography of the lead singer in Red Hot Chili Peppers. Easily one of the most interesting biographys to read.

"Inside Delta Force" by Eric L. Haney (founding member) is pretty awesome if you are into military books. It gives a ton of insight on the selection process and training. My fav part is when, during a 45 mile hike, he meets another member being tended to by medics because his feet and boots had basically fused together, and when he took of his boots, the bottem of his feet had come with, so he is lying there while they are trying to get the skin off of the boot with a metal spatula and put it back on and he is just lying there. I'd be bawling my eyes out. That big of an open sore. Ouch.
