Yes thats right soon, thanks to the Virgin Group, you too will be able to enjoy suborbital space rides for the low cost of $200,000  . This is kind of oldish news, but it was just recently that they actually outlined when it will be available and how much it will cost.

Honestly that doesn't seem that rediculous high when you think of what you are getting.

Yeah, well the $200,000 price tag is just for the first 100 then the next 400 will pay $100,000-$175,000 then everyone after that will just have to pay $20,000. The expensive flights at first are just to cover costs quick.
Edit: But, its also only a 2.5 hour flight with 10 odd sum minutes of wieghtlessness.

They announced they would be giving space rides. Just now all the details came out. Like that the first flight will happen in '09.

It's not for the weightlessness, it's the fact that your in this vast expanse of emptiness for unlimited amounts of miles around you. I would gladly pay 200,000 dollars to go into space if I had the money.
