I was going to call you a girl, but then I made a realization.
I enjoyed Anna Karenina, Fahrenheit 451, and some philosophical essays by Sartre, etc.
Edit: I need a book for ENG-245. Must be 1790 to present, and by an English author, or be heavily influenced by English culture. No Orwell please.

I generally don't have favorite books, but favorite authors. Really depends on what I feel like reading at the time. I prefer more modern, urban literature as opposed to classics.
Chuck Palahniuk - Survivor, Rant
Douglas Coupland - Hey Nostradamus, All Families Are Psychotic
H. P. Lovecraft - Shorter works
Terry Goodkind (Sword of Truth) - Temple of the Winds
I'm going to stop now.

You could always read something by Virginia Woolf, while I've never read her, Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf is probably my favorite play.
Recently I read American Psycho by Bret Easton Ellis and currently I am reading On the Road by Jack Kerouac both of which are great books.

Its a really badass book. My recruiter was actually friends with the guy and provided tank support for him and his spotter Casey on a few missions around Baghdad.
It really shows you how much of professionals snipers are and how well they can do their job.
