Talking My Nova 700 w/ ET frame

Hey guys!

Here are some pictures of my Nova 700 with the electronic frame.

I stopped playing paintball about 5 years ago when I left home for university, but I'm at home for the holidays and starting thinking about it again. So I dusted off the boxes and found my PGP pistol, Nova 700, Vulcan, and Blazer

I remember how hard I worked and tried to get this gun... I loved it!

I got the longer barrel with it too...

I thought some of you might like it... I almost got my hands on a CO2 tank anodized like the Nova body...it was gorgeous.

How rare have these things gotten? Airstar was out of business when I got it, but I remember talk about the Mayhem and further upgrades.

Enjoy!

Nope...

When I bought the ET frame from a guy, he asked if I could send my frame to him... I must have had a head injury at the time, because I did.

I posted about this recently in the Voided Warranty forum (which was the wrong place to do so :p ), asking if anyone had a spare Nova frame sitting aroung.

I got the ET frame going, but it still required some tweaking with the timing of the solenoid, if I remember correctly. It would shoot quick and was like clicking a mouse button, but I missed the old frame, b/c that had the classis Nova pull - real smooth.

Really cool gun Even though I don't have the original frame, it is rarer I suppose, b/c of the long barrel and ET frame. Shooting it with the shroud off is just freaky though

Hey.. I think I remember you from back in the day... hmm..

Yeah, out of all of the paintball guns I've owned one of the few I really miss was my Nova.... and I did have a matching heavenly body tank with it.. :\

Hey MaD... I checked out your site, and I definitely remember you from 5 years ago

Yup, you were the one with that heavenly body tank... awww I loved that thing!

I can't remember who I bought the ET frame from on the boards... it was so long ago.

Even if I don't ever get back into paintball, I don't think I'd ever sell this gun. I remember working so long to get it and driving to Buffalo, N.Y. to pick it up... I was so excited it was ridiculous

Heh... well we just put the little forum back up so if you get bored, drop in!

Here was mine... I think someone around here bought it so maybe it's still floating around. I kind of liked the look with the shorter shroud and the nickel plated barrel... and of course the 45 grip, stickies, drop forward and that cherry heavenly ano tank.. :\

Sweet looking gun. The frame looks the same as the one on my darkstar. Do you remember where you got it from? I think Tiny was the name of the guy who made the dark stars.
