Xbox live NAT issue

Recently I got the NAT strict issue. This has never happened before. My wireless settings have not changed and my router has been untouched. This makes me think that my problem is with my ISP.

So what happens is when I test my network settings everything comes out fine until I get to NAT, that registers as Strict. I can essentially join, no games. CoD4 has no games to even show me.

I have a Linksys SRX400 router.
So I thought if I unplugged my router and my modem and unplugged the router from the modem and plugged my Ethernet cable directly to the modem, it would fix it. However, it wouldnt even give me an IP address. Im not looking for help getting my XBL to work with my modem, just giving some more insight to the problem. Does anyone know what I have to do to fix my NAT issue with my router? Or is there something else I should check?

Try enabling UPnP if your router has that. Sometimes that always doesn't work.

Start>Run>type "cmd">press enter> type "ipconfig"
look at the "default gateway" entry

Enter that number (192.168.x.x) in your browser. It will take you to your router. If you have not set a password on it already, the password for that router is:
Username: <blank>
Password: admin

Then there should be a setting somewhere in the menus called "upnp". Check it to be enabled.

not seeing anything like upnp.
Under this router page I have a tab that says Applications and gaming. I came across on a xbox 360 fourm that I need to open up a few ports to get XBL to work;
-UDP 88
- UDP 3074
- TCP 3074

Any idea what to do with those?
