It is highway miles. It is about 32 miles. Trust me, we drove it several times. So it takes about 20 (to 30) min when you are traveling at the highway speed.

guys, it is what it is. The GPL had to move, they have choosen a place that is close to dels and can fit the gpl. for those saying atlas, what about this =

dels to ecx - 32 miles south from the old location
dels to atlas - 102 miles north from old location

i think that they were trying to keep it close to the past location. give them a break. they are trying to do what is best and run a good show. everyone is going to complain that the event is not in their back yard. they cant be at everyones home field. from the sounds of things, it may be worth the drive. how about we all just shut our complaining mouths and wait for the first event to see how things roll....

What enforcer is trying to say is why would you move it farther away form that area. If you would look at all the teams many come from Nj, Pa area. Thats what he ment to say.

I was replying to RSXPLAYA not enforcer. sorry.

and then again, my post would go towards enforcer. it is not that farther away from the area. plus, can you name 1 place that is big enough to hold the gpl within the area of dels? i think that ecx is the closest place. if atlas is big enough - it still is 102 miles farther from the area it use to be in. and i think that there are quite a bit that come south and it is not far from nj. again, i think that this is closest you can get to the old location.

i am not tryng to start an argument here, but everyone needs to look at the options there are for them to go to. all the options but they're further away from the old location which seemed to work well for them. this is probally the closest you will get to the orginal location. and the drive, it is not like they added another 2 hours to the trip (one way). everyone knew that the event would go one way or another (away or closer) for them. i think gpl did a good job on trying to keep it closer to its old location
