solenoid HELP.

so i'm new to egos. so i was taking the my grips off to change mods, done that. now i am screwing the grips back on. now i'm trying to shoot the gun(with no air) and i hear no clicking(heard it befor i did all this). then i take the right side of the grip off and i see a hole in the right side of my solenoid because i screwed in the screw to hard. could this be why my solenoids not clicking no more? ( i know it's yes but need to hear someone say it) Thanks.

Yep, you probably killed your solenoid and will need to buy a replacement part.

There is no need to thighten those screws nuclear war proof !
The only duty of those screws is to hold the grips in place...
