Help with Vlocity chip

I bought the virtue chip for my vclocity but when i put it in, my hopper will not turn off and i am sure that i put it in right but i dont know what is up?

give it some time dude. take it out and make sure it is in right there is a cut out that you need to line up with the cut in the boards socket.

ya now when i took it out one of the prongs broke off What can i do now?

Only option is to contact Virtue for a replacement and see what their policy is.
