Packages not making it to Canada?

Alright, I have a buyer On my hands in canada. Im in ohio..

I have shipped one package over 4 weeks ago.
Nothing has showed up? I sent it snail mail USPS in a bubble wrap envelope. No d/c number, as it was not requested by the buyer..

Now Im in a pickle here.. Could I be getting pulled something on? As you can see, Im a very well known pbn'er. Feedback in sig..

What do i do? Any advice?

Thanks guys

Adam

Same thing is happening to me, shipped it priority to canada, they said it would take 5-10 days its been 15.... id say just wait a little longer, maybe its stuck at customs.

Lots of thing get stuck in costumes. If they don't know what it is they will send you a letter stating that you have to make a person statement of what the value and a desription of the item is and to fax it in to them. I know I just had do to that about 2days ago when I got a invert mini shipped to me from the US. It may also help to call Canada post, or the boarder agency.

The main reason not to do international transactions. If you want to pay the price to ship UPS or Fedex which can get items thru customs quickly if you provide all the proper paperwork and both parties can track the progress then go for it. But the inability to track and see delays when using the postal service just causes to many problems between buyers and sellers. See here: http://www.pbnation.com/showthread.php?t=2457215

Guys make 100% sure on the customs sheet you write clearly paintball Marker, this is important, when crossing borders. (Saves em from opening up the package and repacking it wrong too.)

I just recently received a gun from Cali in 8 days and I'm way out in east Canada. No way it should take 4 weeks even on snail mail. So I'm thinking you should get in contact with Customs ASAP.

Try and question the guy to see if it could slip out that he got it and is trying to shaft you.

I've sent anodized parts... just parts in a box to Canada from Seattle and it took 6 weeks. Customer wasn't even told it was in Customs. It just sat there for weeks, and probably wouldn't never have made it if he didn't aggressively pursue it from his end. Could have been very bad for me.

I deal with these issues every day at work. We ship to Canada all the time and for some reason cusoms grabs it and it sits there for weeks at a time and nothing is done, most parties arent even notified. I agree you need to beat on the customs department to locate it.
