For as long as Ive searched PBN ive seen some pretty amazing stuff, this thread archives and links some of it. This thread is meant to give credit to those who have put the actual work into their projects, and werent Spoonfed Info. Tup. but on the other hand....

Its getting to a point where people Are too lazy to use google or wait untill the heavy traffic is down on pbn. so instead of wasting some bandwith, take a look here before you hit that "New thread" button with voided warranty and or custom guns, and asking how to UL your talon, or make (and i quote) an "egocker".

also you're in voided warranty..... where we have coffee makers able to run on low pressure using matrix and intimidator parts. (thank you doc nickel). if you have a project you want to do, dont ask if its possible, or "if I can do it". with enough work and money, anything can be done. that means if you work on it enough, (and spend enough) you can make your BE talon be electro pneumatic, UL framed, and allow it to make martinis for you.

thanks for posting the threads, but as to the "holy law", i must disagree. Somethings people just genuinely (sp?) need help on. You may know the one thing thats holding them back, but the rest of the things they are doing, you* may not even fathom.

ok. i just hate it when i have a simple question (ie which ul frame blah blah blah) and someone just straight up is like "no, your too inept for an undertaking of this magnitude" it gets me so pissed off and they wasted a post when they could of used less effort to just give them the freaking answer.

yeah, that stuff is an actual question, that anyone with the experience can help with, Id fully try and attempt to answer those,
but questions like "how do I do this?" are right out annoying.

wow, very nice thread.

unfortunately the UL fusion i was doing has been canceled.

if you want to do it you will need:

to use a spacer (or tray)
use a different noid or different board
if using the stock noid you'll have to widen the opening in the UL frame

This definitely should be a sticky. I also don't agree with the way the holy law comes across. I agree with the thought behind it, but slapping somebody in the wrist for having a question is not the way to go about it. What ever happened to the only stupid question is the one unasked? I would put a note in at the bottom, that if you ask an intelligent question, there will inevitably be some 12 year old little POS that posts a reply bashing the original question. How about throwing a warning about expecting flamming?

and i agree instaed of threads like "how can i ul my shocker?". questions like "what solenoid do you reccomend i use to ul my shocker" questions like these are more rescpectable and might actually get answered
