You can try to find an internet site that has them in stock. They're pretty popular items so PunishersPb.com will probably have a full stock.

enjoy.

There is really no difference in performance between the aluminum back and the stainless back. All the aluminum does is shave off a little weight. Honestly, if you're interested getting a new aluminum back, I would personally just upgrade the whole barrel. Deadlywinds makes a carbon fiber barrel that uses freak inserts and is a very good barrel. It combines the accuracy of a freak with the lightness and durability of carbon fiber.
However if you do decide to get a new back, make sure to just get the back. No need for an entirely new barrel. And most important of all:
WHATEVER YOU GET MAKE SURE THAT IT IS IMPULSE THREADED!

I have a complete set and I mainly use .687, .689, .691, and .693 when it's really cold out. And the .687 is mainly used for reballs.

Either is fine but HP will work better unless you have a LP with a good recharge rate. LP tank with bad recharge rate can cause drop-offs. I use PMI and Crossfire and both are HP and works fine.

I believe that there is a thread in the paint sub-forum that has all the bore sizes. That's probably where this information comes from. If that's the case, get the .687 sized insert if you will only use the archery paint.
