I'd say go with tadao they make very adjustable boards that really let you dig into your settings. They do take some work to set up usually, but once thats out of they way, they're as nice as anything out there.
The stock board is nice, kinda funky though with the modes, can't place my finger on it. |

I have played around with several of the boards listed above for the mini.. for me, I get can tweak and tune mine the best with the ape rampage board as far as getting consistency, efficiency, and speed.. but then again that might just be me.

For boards: The virtue is the simplest to adjust and best overall. Tadao would come in a close second. I don't know too much for the APE board though. I've never had one in a marker.
For barrels: Stiffi's and Freaks are good. I personally like my Dye boomstick because it helps balance out the weight from the tank.

i have tadao board on my mini and works really well. i like it a lot and recommend it to other people. set it to whatever you want in matter of seconds.

I have many national sponsorships, and I'm sure that if I went around talking to people the way you do and my sponsors found out that I was representing their product in that manner, they'd drop me in a heart beat.
So, if you really work for Virtue, you should really consider the way you talk to people on here because you may just lose your job, or worse, make such a bad name for the company you "represent" that they may start to take it in the pocket book if you know what I mean.

So with the hater board there are plenty of options out there. And yes your psp mode on the stock mini board is "generous" If you change the ramp point down to 5bps and put it in Millennium mode it will stop firing wen you let off the trigger.

Theres also the Seventh Element board...
From what I understand, the Tadao will be coming with an OLED soon. They haven't said it WONT be available for the Mini. Im holding out on that one.
Id go with what ever barrel you like best. Stocker seems to work best for me. Beats out the UL and Scepter, in my experience.
