Polish the internals, a derlin bolt will help take the clank noise out of it.

VL makes a delrin bolt for the Orion, trigger spring mod, expansion chamber foregrip kit (if you use co2), gas-thru foregrip kit (if you use HPA) hammer polishing, volumizer...
That's about all I can think of for basic upgrades without going with an e-grip.
Modding the stock trigger into a blade-type trigger with a Dremel tool is also an option.

Glaman5266 FTW... All that he said, plus:
Painting it another color other than "cookie-monster blue".
Using a Dremel to put a dovetail into the top, and then use an off-set sight rail to add a scope or a red-dot sight.
Get a VL egrip from another marker, and put it onto the Orion.
Take off the front grip, and paint the bottom-line black, along with the rest of the marker to take away from the blue & chrome look of the marker.
Mostly cosmetic stuff. I didn't change any of the internals of my Orion, as I won a Spyder in a drawing and haven't really used it since.

I THINK a spyder grip will fit it.

Spyder frames WILL NOT work on an Orion- I tried this last year with a spare Spyder frame I had lying around and again, it will not work with the Orion.

Um- that last post from the guy sums it up- internal placement in comparison to the trigger frame screw placement is off by a bit, hence why it won't work. The guy had to mill the VL trigger frame for it to fit on the Xtra body.

Ah didnt catch that part. Cut up the stock frame for single trigger you can hold the gun easier with 3 fingers on the grip.
