Not to bash, but if you hit I&I try to go on weekdays in the late afternoon or early evening so you catch the regular staff (Cocker Doctor!). Last time I was there on a weekend for fills it was only 3 kids working, and they were pretty clueless. I ended up leaving the store with one overfilled 9oz, a cryotoasted oring had to be replaced on my 3.5oz because those are "hard to fill", another 9oz with a blown burst disc they couldn't fix, and a trashed feed nipple on my N2 tank. I also saw a 10 year old randomly roaming around the store wielding a marker with a tank installed and no bag/plug with the barrel pointed anywhere from the ceiling to my head. Otherwise I've always had good service there.
