Three Man SPEEDBALL TOURNAMENT

!!! ITS BACK ON!!!!

GENERAL INFORMATION

Check-In starts at 9:00 am, Captain’s meeting at 11:00 am, and first game starts at NOON!!!.

Entry Fee: $75 the day of tournament.
Plus $20 air fee.

All teams must check-in by 11:00 am the day of the event to compete in the event. No Exceptions.


FORMAT/RULES
This is an amateur event- NO PROS (You are considered a pro if on a pro roster in 2005 or 2006)

This is a 3 player event using a round robin format.

Number of games played will depend upon the number of teams entered. Minimum number of games to be played is 6.

Field paint only: $55.00 for a 2000 round case.

Rules will be modified NPPL rules.

Age qualification of 10 years and up.

A waiver from Battle Creek Paintball is required to participate. Anyone under the age of 18 must have the waiver signed by a parent or guardian.

Prizes will be cash awards with 100% of the registration fees. 60% to 1st place and 40% to 2nd.

My Team Is Always Looking For Local 3-mans, But We Rarely Attend Cash Payout Because Generally Attendance Is Low. Put Some Guns On The Line, People Will Show. I Would Rather Pay A Higher Entry To Possibly Win Guns, Than Low Entry To Hopefully Break Even. Just One Mans Opinion.

If we could get enough teams to pre-register the field my be willing to throw in additional prizes...and they have also thought that throwing a tournament with 3 say ION's as first might be good but it would be with like $100 entry...and min. of 8 - 10 teams probably...that's the reason for going with the cash payout...and at 100%...you VERY RARELY see a field paying back 100% of entry fee's!!!!!!!!!! That is because they are trying to get a regular crowd playing speedball established...

I'll talk to the field manager this weekend to see if he will consider it...BUT..that would have to be say 8 teams pre-registered (entry fee paid up front!)...and as of right now I'm not sure if they have any teams pre-registered....

If you could push it back a weekend, and try and get some markers (prefer Mini's over Ion) I could try and get 2 teams in it atleast.

Also, my opinion, increase the entry to like $75 pre-registration and $90 day of.
The price is higher, but you would be able to get the prizes guaranteed easier which would make for more teams.

i really really really want to play in this!!!! i am goingto try to take off work.. i have called in sick 2 weekends in a row to paintball. lol. so idk if i can do it again
