Yea that's kinda how i feel. I remember watching when it first came out, and it was pretty controversial then. These new ones just put the first episodes to shame in regards to what they are allowed to put in.
I've been watching southpark since it came out in 1999, **** that's eight years.
The plots aren't really that good anymore. The plots used to be the things that made the show funny, but now they just rely on seeing what exactly they can get away with. It's completely nothing but shock value now. I don't know.
It seems that most people that like the new ones haven't been watching as long, maybe just the last few seasons.
Whatever.

It was okay. Nothing creative or amazing, but it was a solid episode at least.
Anyone who is saying, "Best episode ever!". Must have never seen the Scott Tenorman episode, as this was not 1/100th its greatness.

Ive seen everysingle episode watching it since '99 and own volume 1-8. I somewhat know what your saying.
That was a good episode.  Not the best but i thought it was a nice rebound from the earlier quality of the season......imo.: |

I would just like to say that I love South Park and think it is the funniest show in history...
But if they make one episode half as bad as this the rest of the season they need to stop. This is TERRIBLE. I've never been so depressed by watching a South Park episode. Last season was already 1/2 1/2 in terms of quality episodes. This is just bad. The season opener was only so-so. Can only get worse.

You guys obviously missed the point. They were poking fun at the fact that a Show like South Park could actually win an Emmy, hence they showed that thing at the bottom every time something really immature and absurd happened.
