i would like to check on the status of my order but it seems extremely difficult to get a hold of him via email. Is there an alternative way to contact him? It's been over a week with no response to my emails and I was curious how long it usually takes to send a marker.

Just give them some time. They have other jobs, so this is a part time thing for them. They have great customer service and Im sure you will get a reply soon.

Paid for mine on Sunday and got my marker by Friday of the following week. Contact him on SCP or via email and just give him some time and he will respond.
