SoAgg159 helped look for balloons
How would i take this apart?

I have a 48/45 cp tank and the push button that releases the air into the on/off is stuck down, im wondering if i can take this apart and 'unstick' it. any ideas how?

and yes, i have tried pushing the little button thing down but it just goes down and not fully up again.

push button? im going to assume the valve pin.

yeah, you can fix this,

Give it to your local air smith.
dont touch the tank. leave it be. and give it to your airsmith.

end of story

if it is partially out you can use pliers, but that might ruin the pin.

here's what you do:

make sure the tank is empty before you do anything. (i assume since your valve is open that it's open your tank is also empty)

now look at the piece on the very end of your tank where the threads are. you should see two allen screws on the side. loosen them. they'll be hard to get off because they're lock-tited on. Then get a strap wrench or a vice and twist the end off. from there you'll run into all sorts of fun stuff. make sure to make not about how it came apart because you'll be sol if you don't.
