Take the locking ring off the feedneck, put a small towel on the feedneck put the FEEDNECK in the vise very tightly and use the body for leverage, works the best if you dont have access to a nice strap wrench like they are talking about.

what I have used on stuck feednecks may sound slightly strange, but a thin butter knife, slid down into the slots of the clamping feed with the ring removed, heat the neck with a tourch, place the body in a vice or just between yoru feet, and twist the feedneck using the extra leverage the long knife can provide...that or use a thin piece of plate steel, that also works wounders, without damaging the feedneck at all.
Try a bit of PB Blaster. It also works incredibly well when you're retarded and stuff your halo with too large of a neck into a non-adjustable feedneck. It doesn't appear to damage the finish of a gun, but I wouldn't let it sit on the gun or plastic. Use that, then get a strap wrench or padded vise.
you dont need to buy a strap wrench.
just take off all the unneccesary parts like the barrel, reg, frame.
go and find the most expensive strap wrench in the store, you know the one with built in high def tv and sattellite.
make sure no ones looking.
unscrew that pos
place back strap wrench
